Throughout the afternoon today, my three year old son presented me with several items in need of repair. Things like a book that had a ripped page, an apple cut out from the library, a broken yo-yo, things like that. And to everything he had the same solution:
"We need to duck tape it, mom."
I don't know if I should be proud that I taught him to repair things that are broken so they can be useful, or to be worried that I'm raising a total redneck.
I'm going to go with the former.
Incidentally, he was satisfied with regular scotch tape.
